Price Oil Co. sells to Cedar County Cooperative

Price Oil Co. of Durant, Iowa, sold to Cedar County Cooperative, an Iowa cooperative association. B&A Energy Partners served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.

Price Oil is a family-owned business that has been supplying propane and diesel products to farms, businesses and homes since 1962.

“This business has always been about taking care of our customers, many of whom have become friends over the years,” says Stan Price, who owned Price Oil. “I sincerely appreciate the loyalty and support our customers have shown us, and I am excited for Cedar County Cooperative to continue providing the great service our customer base deserves.”

Cedar County Cooperative is a full-service cooperative serving customers in Tipton, West Branch and surrounding areas.
