Propane heating equipment manufacturer acquired

Brinly-Hardy Co. agreed to buy Louisville Tin & Stove Co., the manufacturer of Cozy residential gas and propane-fired heating equipment. According to a press release, an expansion of Brinly’s existing 250,000-sq.-ft. facility is anticipated following completion of the acquisition.
