Pros4Care Golf Benefit set for early October

The 10th annual Pros4Care Golf Benefit is set for Oct. 9 at the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney, Texas.

Pros4Care is a partnership between the Prostate Cancer Foundation and a propane industry coalition. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation, which aids prostate cancer survivors and research for a cure.

The event will feature an 18-hole golf tournament that includes a lunch, beer tasting from local breweries, a Top Golf “Beat the Pro” contest and dinner on-site. Invited guests include Dallas-Fort Worth news anchors; Philadelphia Phillies catcher Cameron Rupp; and Major League Baseball manager Art Howe. According to the organization, other possible surprise guests are expected to appear at the benefit.
