What’s up, and what’s new?

Buschur grew up in the propane industry and has done everything in the family business. He was a manager in 2017 when LP Gas named him a Rising Leader, and now he’s about two years in as president of the company after his parents, Joe and Rosie Buschur, retired in 2024. Brian teams with his brother Chris to run McMahan’s.

As president, Brian aims to further the legacy that his parents created and put his own stamp on the Dayton, Ohio, company. He recognizes the importance of educating community leaders and policymakers about propane, and he encourages industry members to get involved.
