What’s up, and what’s new?

Texas Star Propane has been on the way up since Kasprzak cofounded the company with Joel Sopchak out of a garage apartment in 2009.

Several years after Kasprzak became a Rising Leader, Texas Star became the first platform business of Matador Gas, and they are pursuing growth through acquisitions. The parent company has expanded with multiple locations in Texas and Arkansas.

Kasprzak serves as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Matador Gas. From local grassroots marketing to companywide decisions on digital advertising, he’s focused on growing the customer base – and enjoying the challenge along the way.
