Superior Fuel Co. acquires Hayward Propane

Superior Fuel Co. acquired Hayward Propane in Hayward, Wisconsin. Hayward Propane was founded by Todd Siddons and Jenni Strama.

As part of the transition, Siddons will remain with Superior Fuel Co. and will play an active role in continuing to serve customers and expanding operations in the Hayward market.

“Jenni and I are incredibly proud of what we’ve built with Hayward Propane,” says Siddons. “Joining forces with Superior Fuel Co. ensures our customers will continue to receive excellent service, while also benefiting from additional resources and support. I’m excited to stay on and help grow the business in Hayward and the surrounding areas.”

With this acquisition, Superior Fuel Co. now operates 25 bulk plants and seven regional offices throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
