Superior Plus CFO plans to retire

Superior Plus Corp., parent company of Superior Plus Energy Services, announced that its CFO, Wayne Bingham, plans to retire no later than February 2016 because of personal health reasons.

Bingham joined Superior Plus as CFO in October 2006. He will stay with the company until next February to help transition the company’s next CFO, as well as the corporate office’s relocation to Toronto at the end of this year. Superior Plus has started a search to find a new CFO.

Superior Plus consists of three divisions: energy services, specialty chemicals and construction product distribution. Its energy services division includes the distribution of propane and distillates, providing fixed-price energy services and supply portfolio management.
