Superior Plus Energy Services acquires Pennsylvania supplier

Superior Plus Energy Services completed the acquisition of Butler Fuel and Propane, a heating oil, propane and power fuels supplier located in Jefferson Township, Pa. Details of the transaction were not released. Superior Plus Energy Services is the 14th-largest propane retailer in the United States, according to LP Gas Magazine’s Top 50 listings.
