Superior Plus expands footprint in North Carolina

Superior Plus Corp. has acquired the assets of Mountain Energy Gas, a small propane distributor based in Waynesville, North Carolina.

Superior Plus also closed on the acquisition of Hopkins Propane, based in Michigan, in a separate transaction. Hopkins Propane delivers about 5 million gallons of propane annually to more than 7,000 residential and commercial customers.
