ThompsonGas acquires two Missouri propane companies

ThompsonGas acquired the assets of two Missouri-based propane companies: Dallas County Propane and Garrett’s Propane.

The company acquired Dallas County Propane, based in Buffalo, Missouri, from owners Lee and Monica Garrett. It acquired Garrett’s Propane of Rogersville, based in Rogersville, Missouri, from Mark and Shellena Garrett. Mark Garrett joined ThompsonGas as manager of both operations.

“These are our second and third acquisitions in the state of Missouri since 2016,” says George Koloroutis, COO at ThompsonGas. “We are encouraged by the quality of the businesses that Lee and Monica and Mark and Shellena have built.
