Global LP gas shipper and trader Trammo completed the construction of a 19,000-square-foot world headquarters, located on the ninth floor of One Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan.

Montroy Andersen DeMarco (MADGI), an architecture and planning firm in New York, constructed Trammo’s new facilities.

Edward G. Weiner, Trammo’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer, says Trammo reconstructed its headquarters to offer employees a modern, clean office design with more comfortable public spaces.

“We wanted MADGI to reinforce our branding with strong, contemporary architecture and design elements that reflected the international commodities trading maritime shipping focus of our operations,” Weiner says in a press release.

Trammo is a global commodities, merchandising, trading and shipping company that deals with LP gas, ammonia, energy products, fertilizers, raw materials and other chemicals. Trammo says its 2014 global annual revenue exceeded $12 billion, with traded volumes exceeding 45 million metric tons. The company employs about 500 people based in 30 international offices.
