Westmor acquires fuel equipment distributor

Westmor Industries, a fueling equipment supplier, acquired Advanced Tank Systems to create an extended network of fuel-handling products and services.

Advanced Tank Systems, based in Colmar, Pa., distributes commercial truck tank bodies and liquid-handling equipment. The company will rebrand to Westmor through the acquisition.

Westmor adds that the acquisition allows the company to strengthen its purchasing power, expand service capabilities and improve lead times.
