Breakfast and speaker

The full day of the Growth Summit kicks off with a hot breakfast and featured speaker back at Eleven Restaurant. This year, Dustin Delay, vice president of Cost Management Solutions, gave a detailed review of the propane market and a 2026-27 winter outlook.

Private one-on-one meetings

The individual meetings serve as the foundation of the LP Gas Growth Summit. Every attending retailer and partner has a personalized meeting schedule. Partners are set up in their respective suites at Reunion Resort, and retailers rotate from suite to suite for their private 20-minute meetings with partners. The meetings give retailers a chance to learn more about partner offerings and ask important questions. Partners, meanwhile, want to learn more about the retailers and the challenges they face. LP Gas team members monitor the meetings to ensure the group stays on schedule.

Golf outing and luncheon

Shortly after the first set of meetings concludes, a golf outing takes place. This year, golfers hit the Palmer course, one of three championship layouts at Reunion Resort, for the Growth Summit scramble. Groups were more than halfway through their rounds this year when afternoon Florida rains hit and didn’t let up, making it tough for golfers to finish. Nongolfers enjoy a luncheon at The Clubhouse.

Barbecue

An outdoor barbecue by the pool is the evening attraction on the second day of the Growth Summit. The barbecue is often the place for golfers to rehash their highs and lows from the course and for continued networking among the entire group. Games of cornhole add to the fun and friendly atmosphere.
