EDP expands western reach with acquisition of Pacific Propane

Energy Distribution Partners (EDP) acquired California-based Pacific Propane.

“We are extremely pleased to assume ownership of Pacific Propane,” says Tom Knauff, CEO of EDP. “We welcome their employees to EDP and are committed to continuing to provide the high level of service Pacific Propane customers have come to expect. We are also pleased to continue expanding our footprint in California.”

Pacific Propane was founded in 1998 and later purchased by Maskey and Paula Heath. After Maskey Heath passed away in 2016, Paula Heath continued to build the business with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.

Pacific Propane primarily serves residential propane customers in Monterey, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties in California.
