F.W. Webb opens new facility in Queensbury

F.W. Webb Co. has opened a new store and warehouse at 369 Corinth Road in Queensbury, New York, replacing its former location on Highland Avenue. The 90,000-sq.-ft. facility is designed to support residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects with expanded inventory, upgraded amenities and improved accessibility for trade professionals throughout the region.
“Opening this larger facility strengthens our ability to support trade professionals with the products, solutions and expertise they need to operate efficiently and grow their businesses,” says COO Bob Mucciarone. “Investing in this new location is part of our footprint-wide strategy to provide state-of-the-art locations that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
The facility includes several upgrades intended to improve product availability, convenience and technical support.
The expanded location stocks more than 20,000 products, including 1,500 items new to the Queensbury location. Inventory includes equipment, tools, accessories and replacement parts for plumbing, heating, HVACR and industrial projects.
Contractors can place orders by phone, text or online at fwwebb.com and pick them up at a dedicated will-call counter.
The location also now offers products and services from F.W. Webb’s Water Works division, including pipe, fire hydrants and pipe fusion equipment for underground utility projects.
A new training center accommodates more than 40 attendees and will host certifications, product demonstrations and technical instruction for trade professionals.
The Queensbury facility is staffed by employees from the former location.
“Whether a contractor or technician needs a water heater, commercial rooftop unit, boiler board, water filtration system or another critical item, we’ve got it,” says General Manager Chad Bliss. “Beyond the products we sell, our team has the expertise and industry knowledge to answer questions and offer ongoing support, making us a true partner in the success of the skilled trades.”
The company also plans to open a Frank Webb Home showroom at the site. The showroom will feature bath, kitchen and lighting products for homeowners, designers and contractors. Additional information about the showroom opening and future grand opening events will be announced later.
To support the expanded operation, F.W. Webb plans to hire for sales, administration, warehouse and showroom positions.
Bliss and Operations Manager John Crispino oversee the Queensbury location. Store hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
The Queensbury opening is part of a milestone year for F.W. Webb as the company marks its 160th anniversary, expands across the Northeast and launches a mobile app aimed at bringing the in-store experience to jobsites.
