IDEAL Energy Cooperative held its inaugural member meetup at co-founder Kris Magnusson’s home in New Hampshire with over 40 attendees. IDEAL Energy (Independents Delivering Energy Aligned Locally) is a member-owned cooperative of local energy distributors that aims to deliver heating and transportation fuels through an independent network.

The show took place for the first time since May 2019. Otodata, based in Montreal, is a provider of tank monitor solutions to the propane industry.
A propane lab comes to fruition. The Alabama Propane Gas Association has been working with propane marketers to establish six labs in community colleges across the state. The labs support a newly approved curriculum that incorporates a propane elective into existing HVAC and plumbing curriculums.
Michael Stivala, left, CEO of Suburban Propane, presents the 2021 SuburbanCares award to Eric LeGrand. The award – the first to be presented at Suburban Propane’s Whippany, New Jersey, headquarters – was presented to LeGrand in recognition of his ongoing contributions made to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation in support of quality-of-life initiatives and accelerating the discovery of treatments and cures for spinal cord injuries. As a rising Rutgers University football star, LeGrand sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae during a 2010 game at MetLife Stadium. Since then, LeGrand has dedicated his life to improving the lives of individuals across the nation who are impacted by paralysis.

Kohler selected Blue Star Gas from a pool of over 650 dealers in the West based on company sales, a commitment to service, a respectable reputation and a willingness to “go the extra mile” for end users. Blue Star Gas, based in Santa Rosa, California, established a new power division as more consumers in its service area prioritize and invest in backup power.
