Ferrellgas acquires Ohio propane retailer

Ferrellgas Partners LP acquired Wise Choice Propane, an independent propane retailer with locations in Mount Vernon and Utica, Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to a press release, Wise Choice Propane is Ferrellgas’ sixth retail propane acquisition in its fiscal year that began Aug. 1, 2013.
