Hogan Gas sells to undisclosed buyer

Hogan Gas Co., located in West Palm Beach, Florida, sold to an undisclosed buyer.

Family-owned Hogan Gas has served the Palm Beach County area since 1990 and has maintained membership in the Florida Propane Gas Association and National Propane Gas Association. The company provides residential service, cylinder repair and certification, forklift cylinders, propane fuel for recreational vehicles and trucks, and residential pool heaters.

Legacy Energy Consulting facilitated the sale. Hogan Gas is Legacy Energy Consulting’s ninth completed sale since its founding in 2020 and its fourth sale in Florida.
