Leadership changes help align OPW, MEC, RegO

Several organizational changes are taking place within the OPW Propane Energy Solutions (PES) division as it works to bring the Marshall Excelsior Co. (MEC) and RegO brands under the OPW umbrella.

Dover Corp., parent company of the newly formed OPW PES, acquired RegO in 2021 and MEC earlier this year.

Chuck Liebal, vice president and general manager of OPW-PES, announced the following appointments:

  • Ken Dubay has been appointed OPW-PES senior commercial director – Americas. Dubay will assume responsibilities for PES commercial sales, leading both the MEC and RegO sales teams covering the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America (LATAM) regions.
  • Charley Flores will move into the role of senior director of PES sales LATAM, reporting to Dubay, and will focus on driving sales across Latin America for both the RegO and MEC brands while leading the LATAM sales team of Damaris Miranda and Vicente Acevedo.
  • Jim Zuck has been appointed OPW-PES senior director of global market development. Zuck will assume responsibilities for the PES, MEC and RegO brands, leading the combined marketing and communication team, regulatory and legal compliance team led by Thom Hegman, technical service and training team led by Mike Tartaglia and customer service teams located in Elon, North Carolina, and Marshall, Michigan, led by Tom Weller.
  • Jeff Brown has been appointed OPW-PES senior director of engineering and quality director. Brown will assume responsibilities for the PES, MEC and RegO engineering and quality teams located in Elon, North Carolina, and Marshall, Michigan.
