LT Corp. hires vice president of human resources

LT Corp., the parent company of Quality Steel, hired Lisa Bell as vice president of human resources.

In her new role, Bell will work to aid LT Corp. in driving results and meeting its corporate strategic aspirations, including growth, according to the company.

Bell has more than 22 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with professional background in strategic and change-management leadership experience.

Prior to this position, Bell served as chief human resources officer of global human resources at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. Before that, she was chief human resources officer at NSF International and the vice president of global human resources at Destaco.

Bell earned bachelor of business administration and master of business administration degrees from the University of Michigan.

“[Lisa] has made a positive difference at companies across diverse industries, with more than 22 years in the manufacturing industry,” says Sean Wessel, president of LT Corp. “Lisa has been deeply involved in integration efforts and has helped organizations build capabilities in order to scale and grow.”

Founded in 1982, LT Corp. is headquartered in Cleveland, Mississippi, and is part of the fabricated metal product manufacturing industry.
