Pinnacle purchases Arkansas retailer

Pinnacle Propane LLC has acquired Tri State Propane in an acquisition that expands the business into northwest Arkansas. Tri State, which is located in Hiwasse, Ark., will be rebranded Pinnacle Propane in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, Tri State will continue to fill propane bottles at its store, as well as offer residential, agricultural and commercial delivery. Tri State also offers forklift exchange and autogas.
