Propane retailers, partners gather for fourth LP Gas Growth Summit

LP Gas magazine held its fourth annual LP Gas Growth Summit on Oct. 24-26 at Reunion Resort outside Orlando, Florida.

LP Gas’ unique buyer/seller networking event brings together retail propane decision-makers and propane industry partners each year for two days of one-on-one business meetings and other networking and recreational events. The magazine aims to help propane retailers improve their business operations, grow gallons across markets and build lasting partnerships.

“Our 2018 LP Gas Growth Summit was amazing,” says Brian Kanaba, publisher of LP Gas magazine. “To have the opportunity to create propane partnerships, create new business for our partners and to have retailers witness firsthand how they can grow gallons, become more profitable and efficient is so satisfying to our staff. There is no other event within the propane industry quite like our LP Gas Growth Summit.”

This year’s LP Gas Growth Summit featured guest speakers Dale Delay, the president of Cost Management Solutions, and Randy Thompson, the founder and senior adviser of ThompsonGas and the chairman-elect of the National Propane Gas Association, as well as a retailer panel discussion about opportunities and challenges in the propane industry.

This event drew about 60 attendees from across the country who enjoyed an opening-night cocktail reception, a golf outing on Reunion Resort’s Palmer Course and a barbecue.
