Quality Steel acquires American Welding & Tank

ASME propane tank manufacturer Quality Steel Corp. announced that it has acquired American Welding & Tank from Taylor-Wharton International. Quality Steel says the acquisition gives it the ability to increase its production capacity and better serve customers through strategically located facilities. The Cleveland, Miss.-based company has served customers in residential, commercial, small industrial and agricultural segments since 1957. American Welding & Tank, based in Mechanicsburg, Pa., has been manufacturing propane tanks since 1917. It has manufacturing facilities in Fremont, Ohio, and West Jordan, Utah.

    I am doing PSM work for Marathon Petroleum LLC and am looking for manuals for the tanks and information on RV’s that you use on the American Welding and Tanks Co tanks. Thanks for your help in advance.
