Reliable Energy Partners adds 3 to team

Reliable Energy Partners appointed Alan Martin, Blerina Ruqi and Cathy Adams to its team.

Martin joins Reliable Energy as the director of business development, with over two decades of experience in the propane industry. Martin has held senior roles at Ferrellgas, DCC, AmeriGas and Ray Energy, where he developed his skills in business development. His knowledge in operations, sales and marketing, combined with a robust industry network, will be pivotal in advancing Reliable Energy’s expansion strategies, according to the company.

Ruqi joins the company as controller, bringing six years of accounting and finance experience exclusively within the propane industry. A graduate of Clemson University, Ruqi is recognized for her effective team leadership and commitment to performance improvement through data-driven methodologies. According to the company, she will be instrumental in establishing operational best practices across Reliable Energy’s partner companies.

Adams has been appointed director of customer service and training, offering 12 years of propane industry experience in system integration and customer service training. Adams will oversee technology integration and administrative training initiatives, supporting both current operations and future acquisitions of Reliable Energy.
