Superior Plus Energy Services announced a continued partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), committing to donate at least $50,000 of its 2017 profits to fund breast cancer research.

Since the partnership’s inception in 2010, the company has added five pink delivery trucks to its fleet of vehicles, annually donating a portion of profits from these designated trucks to BCRF.

The company has raised over $500,000 for BCRF during its 7-year partnership, which equates to more than 10,000 hours of research, according to the company. This year, in addition to the corporate donations, the company is also providing an online site for employees to make personal donations to BCRF.

“We strive to be a trusted and supportive member of each of the communities we call home,” Andy Peyton, president of Superior Plus Energy Services, says. “It’s not enough for us to deliver energy to the homes and businesses we serve; our partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation allows us to deliver hope.”

Four of the company’s locations are currently participating in the BCRF partnership. These locations include W. Coxsackie, New York; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; and Rome, New York. Each of the pink trucks operating in these markets is active year-round, making appearances at breast cancer walks and fundraising events throughout the year.
