Hino Gas sells to undisclosed buyer

Hino Gas Sales Inc., a propane service provider based in Harlingen, Texas, sold to an undisclosed buyer. B&A Energy Partners facilitated the sale and announced the deal.

Hino Gas has served residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout the Rio Grande Valley for more than six decades. It has built a strong reputation for dependable service, safety and customer commitment, according to B&A Energy Partners.

A consulting firm that specializes in the sale and transition of propane and home-heating businesses, B&A Energy Partners supported Hino Gas through all phases of the transaction, including valuation, buyer identification, negotiations and transition planning.
