ADD Systems hosts its largest user conference
ADD Systems (Advanced Digital Data Inc.) hosted its largest Business Tech Conference (BTC) to date in May, welcoming 650 attendees representing nearly 100 companies.

The event took place at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and featured an expanded program of educational sessions, partner exhibits and networking opportunities. The 2026 BTC included 40 sessions covering product updates, best practices, new product announcements and development directions. The exhibit hall provided attendees with access to ADD Systems’ ecosystem of partners with value-added services and integrated solutions.
While the event was held in the same Disney resort as ADD’s previous BTC, it was moved to the largest conference space the resort had to offer due to continued growth in attendance.
The weeklong conference brought together ADD Systems users, partners and staff for a combination of learning, collaboration and peer engagement. Attendees had opportunities to explore the latest software enhancements, connect with industry peers and exchange feedback with ADD Systems teams.
The event opened with remarks from ADD Systems President Bruce C. Bott, who outlined recent product developments, shared insights into the company’s technology roadmap and highlighted the importance of customer collaboration. He shared a glimpse of the hundreds of software enhancements, including those to the ADD Energy E360 back office solution, enabling additional efficiency and customization by company and user.
There was also an announcement of Raven mobile delivery on an Android device, leading to a dual-platform field solution for retail and wholesale fuel delivery. Bott also mentioned the introduction of ADD Atlas Intelligence, ADD Systems’ business intelligence solution with new AI capabilities. In addition, Bott highlighted ADD’s new Wholesale Dispatch module as a new visual dispatch tool for wholesale fuel operations.
“The 2026 Business Tech Conference marks the 10th and largest conference we’ve put together over the past 28 years,” Bott says. “I’m just thrilled to see such a great turnout where I was able to connect with old friends and make many more new friends. This is a triennial event, so we’re able to spend a lot of time reviewing what’s changed in those three years, and we’re able to bring into focus what we have planned in the coming years. Couple all that with tons of healthy face-to-face feedback from our users – just a spectacular event.”
ADD Systems says planning is already underway for the next BTC in 2029.
