ADD Systems’ 2023 user conference sets record

ADD Systems (Advanced Digital Data Inc.) says its user conference in May was the largest yet for the software company.

The 2023 Business Tech Conference (BTC) coincided with ADD Systems’ 50-year anniversary and attracted more than 600 attendees and 25 exhibitors. ADD held the conference at its largest location, Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. The week-long conference involved new software enhancement announcements, educational sessions, user best practices sharing, information about partner products and services, and networking and family-friendly events.

ADD Systems President Bruce C. Bott began the conference by discussing the importance of ADD Systems’ anniversary milestone and the principles founder Bruce A. Bott established. The event then shifted to the software, focusing on all of the latest enhancements and the future direction of ADD Systems. For three days, ADD experts led more than 35 educational sessions to help users focus on efficiency-gaining features. The sessions also involved user panel discussions and industry partner sessions that shared opportunities for improvement, growth and innovation.

ADD Systems hosts the BTC every three years, and plans have already begun for 2026.
