The Georgia Propane Gas Association plans to host the DeKalb Propane Autogas Vehicle Show on June 22 at the DeKalb County Sanitation Division in Decatur, Ga.

According to the association, the goal of the two-hour event is to educate visitors about the benefits of propane autogas. It kicks off at 11 a.m., and lunch will be provided.

Private and public fleet managers will discuss the proven integration of propane autogas into company operations. The event will also include information on propane autogas conversions and tax incentives, and showcase autogas vehicles and conversion systems from Alkane Truck Co., Icom North America, Isuzu, Alliance AutoGas, Blue Bird and Groome Transportation. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to ride in and drive some of the vehicles on display.

The association is asking those interested in attending the event to RSVP to Steve Newman of Georgia Gas Distributors.
