Liberty Propane was founded in July 2003 and remains steadfast in acquiring and operating quality retail propane marketers in attractive geographic regions of the country. In five years, Liberty Propane has grown to become the ninth-largest retail propane marketer in the United States through a concentrated focus on acquisitions in the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Rocky Mountain regions. Acquired July 2007

Navajo Butane is located in the scenic Four Corners area of southwestern Colorado in Cortez. Navajo complements Liberty’s existing operation at Four Corners Propane in Farmington, N.M.

Acquired August 2007

Liberty acquired Blue Ridge Propane in Galax along with Hutchens Propane in Stuart, each located in the Blue Ridge Mountain area of southwestern Virginia. Blue Ridge/Hutchens represents Liberty’s initial entry into the Virginia marketplace and provides the foundation for further expansion in the state by building on this great base.

Acquired October 2007

Holidaygas, located in Jacobus, Pa., is approximately 15 miles south of York, Pa., and adds to Liberty’s existing Pennsylvania service center locations in Ebensburg and Punxsutawney.

Acquired December 2007

West Valley Propane, located in El Mirage, Ariz., adds to Liberty’s existing Phoenix presence, and further expands its company operations in the attractive growth markets of the southwestern U.S.
