Power Solutions International (PSI) is presenting a new propane-fueled concept vehicle along with other alternative fuel products and services at the 2015 Alternative Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo May 4-7 in Dallas.

Last year, PSI teamed with Navistar International Corp., a manufacturer of commercial trucks and buses, to develop a propane-fueled IC Bus, which will be ready for service during the 2015-2016 school year. PSI and Navistar adapted the IC Bus concept for a medium-duty truck, as well. The team debuted its new medium-truck concept vehicle to attendees at the ACT Expo. The concept truck can serve various applications, including delivery, propane bobtails, landscape, tree care and utilities.

PSI is also displaying a Class 7 LP gas vehicle developed with Alkane Truck Company of South Carolina at the ACT Expo. According to the companies, this truck is suitable for delivery, industrial and emergency vehicles, and it is equipped with PSI’s 8.8-liter LP gas engine. In addition, PSI’s recent acquisition of Powertrain Integration, an on-highway engine manufacturer, will be represented at the ACT Expo with new products displayed at booth 705.
