The annual LP Gas Rising Leaders initiative, which launched in 2017, recognizes the propane industry’s next generation of leaders and shares their ideas for business success and the future.

The six individuals chosen this year following a nomination process – Josh Kasprzak of Texas Star Propane in Plantersville, Texas; Allison Perry of Mobile Bottle Gas Co. in Greer, South Carolina; Josh Schmoll of Draeger Propane in Antigo, Wisconsin; Brian Sora of DiLeo Gas Inc. in Worcester, Massachusetts; Kara Tucker of Koppy’s Propane in Williamstown, Pennsylvania; and Albert (Allie) Waguespack III of Vacherie Fuel in Thibodaux, Louisiana – bring the total number of LP Gas Rising Leaders to 30 in the three years.

In the below profiles, you will read about how these young leaders got their start in the propane industry. You’ll get a sense for their business minds, their use of technology, how they view the propane industry’s future and what role they see themselves playing in it.

We’re excited to present this year’s LP Gas Rising Leaders:
