LP Gas Rising Leaders Rewind

The LP Gas Rising Leaders initiative, launched in 2017, recognizes the propane industry’s best and brightest young leaders of today and shares their visions for the future.
The annual feature in the magazine brings to the forefront those young leaders in the propane industry who are working their way up in their respective companies by exhibiting sound leadership skills or are already holding leadership positions. Rising Leaders also outwardly show their commitment to improving the propane industry by volunteering for organizations at the state or national levels.
But what do these Rising Leaders go on to achieve years after being selected?

⭐️ 2017 LP Gas Rising Leader Brian Buschur
- He was a manager in 2017 when LP Gas named him a Rising Leader, and now he’s the president of McMahan’s Bottle Gas.
⭐️ 2017 LP Gas Rising Leader Emily Willis
- Willis started at Blossman Gas in 2012 as the marketing director and is the fourth generation of her family to work there. Now, she is the vice president of marketing.

- Rising Leaders must be 39 years old or younger during the nomination period, which runs from Jan. 1 to Oct. 31. LP Gas honors the industry’s Rising Leaders annually in the magazine.
