Each month, LP Gas provides updates on the U.S. propane market, as well as the latest trends. The data for January 2022 focuses on regional propane inventories.

Stock information for Ferrellgas and Suburban Propane is also provided.

Regional propane inventories: Propane inventories in PADD 1A New England and PADD 1B Mid-Atlantic (designated East Coast along with the Lower Atlantic) remain above the five-year averages for those respective PADD districts, according to U.S. Energy Information Administration data as of Dec. 31, 2021. PADD 2 Midwest inventory is also above the five-year average as of December. PADD 3 Gulf Coast propane inventory remains well below the five-year average for that district.
