Cetane Associates adds Kelsey Balque as executive assistant

Cetane Associates selected Kelsey Balque as executive assistant. Balque brings more than a decade of experience supporting leadership teams and provides administrative and organizational support that helps drive efficiency across the firm.

Prior to joining Cetane, Balque worked at a nonprofit organization where she played a key role in building internal processes, strengthening cross-department communication and supporting executives during periods of growth and change. According to the company, she is passionate about creating clarity, reducing operational friction and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact, strategic work.

Balque holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Houston, as well as an associate of science in business administration and management from San Jacinto College.

Cetane is a provider of financial advisory services to business owners in the propane, heating oil, pest control, lawn care, landscaping and HVAC and plumbing industries. Clients engage Cetane to advise on sales, spin-offs and acquisitions, as well as to perform valuation and ad hoc corporate finance assignments.
