The propane industry’s next generation of leaders won’t go unnoticed.

That’s the aim of the LP Gas Rising Leaders initiative, which recognizes the propane industry’s best and brightest young leaders of today and shares their visions for the future.

Now in its fifth year, the LP Gas Rising Leaders initiative brings to the forefront those young leaders in the propane industry who are working their way up in their respective companies by exhibiting sound leadership skills or are already holding leadership positions. Rising Leaders also outwardly show their commitment to improving the propane industry by volunteering for organizations at the state or national levels.

Rising Leaders are those individuals who think “outside the box,” are unafraid to embrace change and are looking to better the industry with fresh ideas.

This year, LP Gas celebrates four individuals from retail propane companies who meet those qualifications. They bring to 38 the number of Rising Leaders that LP Gas has recognized since the program’s launch in 2017.

We’re honored to introduce this year’s LP Gas Rising Leaders:

  • Will Fabrizio, director of production and Northeast service at Paraco Gas in Rye Brook, New York
  • Monika Goss, assistant general manager and purchasing manager of RN Goss Gas Products, Provanta Inc. and RenovEx Inc. in Reno, Pennsylvania
  • Steph Hennen, manager of marketing and customer service at Lakes Gas in Wyoming, Minnesota
  • Matthew Meehan, senior vice president of Mirabito Energy Products in Binghamton, New York
