ADD Systems will host its triennial Business Tech Conference (BTC) the week of May 4, 2020, at the Disney Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida.

“The BTC allows clients to speak with each other in a setting that encourages them to share knowledge with each other about what they see in the industry and how they use the software to run their business,” says John Coyle, vice president of sales for ADD Systems. “We’re excited to bring our clients together so they can connect and learn from one another along with the ADD Systems team.”

The BTC gives ADD Systems’ clients an opportunity to connect with each other and preview the latest enhancements to the company’s software. The conference will also be the location for that year’s annual ADD User Group (AUG) meetings. The AUG is used in the development of ADD Systems software, and the participants will review accomplishments and discuss goals for the upcoming year. Clients also have the opportunity to explore partner products through vendor exhibits, educational sessions and networking events with the company’s group of third-party partners.

“Since our first user conference was held in 1998, we’ve found that it’s a great opportunity to show our clients what we’ve been working on and how we’ve enhanced the software to better meet their needs and the changes in the industry,” says Bruce C. Bott, president at ADD Systems. “Our clients guide our development, so it’s essential for us to keep them updated and continue to gather their feedback.”
