Ag retailer merging with CHS

Greenway Cooperative, an ag retailer with a propane business in Rochester, Minn., will merge with CHS Inc. on April 1 pending final approval from CHS’s board of directors. The addition of Greenway Cooperative will lead to the formation of a new business unit within CHS, the company adds.
