Blue Cow Software hosts 2023 user group meeting
Blue Cow Software, a PDI Technologies company, hosted its annual user group meeting on Sept. 12-13 with around 500 registrants each day. The virtual event was the company’s largest annual meeting for users of the propane and commercial fueling solutions software.
Eight sessions during the two-day event included interactive presentations from experts in PDI’s propane and commercial fueling group. The sessions were designed to educate customers on the company’s products and services. P3 Propane Safety, an integration partner with the company, presented a session on propane regulatory compliance.
Event registration numbers were nearly double from previous user group meetings with 514 registrants on day one and 494 registrants on day two.
“We have always been focused on educating our customers on how to make the best use of our software, and our annual user group meeting has been a real focal point for bringing these best practices to the fore,” says Mike Procopio, PDI Technologies enterprise productivity operations manager. “Looking forward to 2024, we are excited about being a big part of PDI Technologies’ Connections Live event next August in Washington, D.C.”
PDI Technologies acquired Middleton, Massachusetts-based Blue Cow Software in February. The acquisition has expanded and enhanced the scope of services offered by PDI’s propane and commercial fueling division.
Represented by Nick Quaratiello and Todd Kipperman, Blue Cow Software was a partner at this year’s LP Gas Growth Summit.
“This year, we’re just moving all of our internal operations into how PDI runs,” says Quaratiello, during an interview at the LP Gas Growth Summit. “So for our customer support, we started right away on that area. And they have an online ticketing system that they use in Salesforce. This whole year, we’ll be merging and getting used to the new way of running things. But overall, we fit right in, which is great.”
