According to the company, the summit serves as a way to connect Cargas Energy customers and partners with one another and with their software provider. This year’s event drew 300 attendees to southeastern Pennsylvania.

Attendees had the opportunity to participate in educational seminars and offer feedback about Cargas products. Attendees also got to see a sneak peek at Cargas’ product roadmap for the future, the company says.

The summit’s theme was “history.” Attendees visited historic sites in downtown Lancaster. Vice president of product development Aaron Cargas’ keynote address paid homage to the history of innovation in both the energy and software industries and pointed toward future advancements for Cargas, says the company.

“It is important to acknowledge the past because it’s what drives us toward the future,” Cargas says. “That is why this event is so important to us. Our primary mission is to offer the most cutting-edge technology to serve our customers’ needs, and we rely on them to tell us what has worked before and what hasn’t so we can continue to innovate. By bringing Cargas customers, partners and employees together, we can evaluate our past experiences and open the door to new, creative ideas for the future.”
