Cargas Systems made three management promotions and formed a customer experience team to support recent growth in its energy business unit.

Fred Bowers, formerly manager of product development, was promoted to director of product development for Cargas Energy; Steph Schreyer, formerly manager of customer support, was promoted to director of customer experience to manage the newly formed customer experience team; and Bob Graybill, formerly the customer support team leader, was promoted to manager of customer support.

Bowers

Bowers will oversee the entire product delivery process for Cargas Energy, including software engineering, quality assurance, content and technical deployment, the company explains. Bowers joined Cargas in 2007, serving as a software engineer for the company, and a team leader and manager for the product development team.

“Fred has been a key driving force behind our transition from a custom software company to a product company during the last 10 years,” says Aaron Cargas, vice president of product development and marketing. “He has done a great job leading the product team and helping us build a market-leading product.”

The formation of the customer experience team is to focus on the overall customer service and experience. This team will focus on helping customers through checkpoints in their relationship with Cargas, proactive customer account management, overseeing the Cargas Energy online user community, and measuring and tracking customer satisfaction, the company explains.

Schreyer

As director of customer experience, Schreyer will manage the customer experience team, lead the company’s account managers and an online community specialist to maintain the customer experience. Schreyer joined Cargas in 2005, serving as an HR solutions consultant, sales consultant and customer support manager.

“Steph has a passion for customer care. We are very excited to have her in this role with a dedicated team focused on taking care of customers and providing a great experience throughout their relationship with Cargas,” says Dennis Disabatino, vice president of sales and operations.

Graybill

Graybill was promoted to manager of customer support. In this role, he will lead a team of level 1 and level 2 support technicians for the company and will focus on improving the time required to resolve customer support tickets. During his time at Cargas, Graybill served as a software engineer for Cargas Energy and team leader for customer support.

“Bob has been a super-dedicated leader and doer on our support team from the beginning of Cargas Energy, and we are very excited for him as he takes this next step in his career,” Disabatino says.
