Control system for cranes features expanded diagnostics

Liftmoore’s WP Control System is the latest in technology for wireless proportional control of electric cranes. Features include speed control of rotation, elevation and extension delivered through use of the trigger; operator information displayed on the transmitter; and expanded diagnostics to improve service at all levels via on-board Wi-Fi diagnostics that can be accessed on any Wi-Fi-enabled device with a web browser such as a cellphone, tablet or laptop. A 25-ft. CAN cable can be used as a backup or to operate the crane in environments where radio frequency is prohibited. Available options include wireless engine control and a chassis stability monitoring system. The WP Control System facilitates precision hoisting and placement. The same control system will be available on Liftmoore’s hydraulic crane line beginning in 2021.
