Crestwood promotes several executives, reorganizes company

June 1, 2015 By

Crestwood Equity Partners LP and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP promoted several individuals within Crestwood’s senior management team. Crestwood also reorganized its internal structure by forming a pipeline services group and a supply and logistics group.

Robert Phillips, president and CEO of Crestwood’s general partner, says the company’s organizational realignment helps to consolidate Crestwood’s midstream assets into a single business unit that covers natural gas, crude oil and water systems.

The pipeline services group will consist of Crestwood’s natural gas systems, crude oil systems, water gathering systems, pipelines, compression, processing plants and natural gas storage facilities. The supply and logistics group will include all natural gas liquids (NGL) and crude oil marketing, terminals and fractionation facilities, crude oil and NGL transportation fleet assets.

The following four individuals received promotions at Crestwood following its organizational realignment:

  • Heath Deneke – formerly president of the natural gas business unit is now COO and head of the pipeline services group
  • Brian Freed – formerly vice president of crude logistics is now senior vice president of western U.S. commercial operations
  • Mark Mitchell – formerly senior vice president of the natural gas business unit is now senior vice president of the eastern U.S. commercial operations
  • Bill Gautreaux – formerly president of the liquids and crude business unit is now chief marketing officer and head of the supply and logistics group

Additionally, Crestwood hired Kevin Hall as its vice president of transportation and will be responsible for Crestwood’s fleet of NGL and crude oil trucking units and railcars.
