Energy Distribution Partners buys Minnesota company

Energy Distribution Partners (EDP) acquired the assets of Quality Propane in Burnsville and Kellogg, Minn.

Quality Propane serves more than 2,500 commercial-industrial and residential customers in the greater Minneapolis area, in Hastings, Kellogg, and Utica, Minn., and in Alma, Wis. It will continue to operate under the Quality Propane name.

Quality Propane’s previous owners and all of its employees will remain with the company, according to EDP.

EDP also has retail operations in Ohio and in southern California; retail propane and midstream acquisitions and mergers are the keys to the company’s growth.
