F.W. Webb expands New York facility
F.W. Webb Co. consolidated its Rochester, New York, operations into a 170,000-sq.-ft. facility.
The new building is located at 200 Holleder Parkway and combines F.W. Webb’s former wholesale location at 595 Hague St. and its Water Works facility at 795 Beahan Road into a fully integrated operation designed to maximize efficiency and convenience.
“This new facility strengthens our presence in a rapidly expanding market and delivers valuable new solutions to our customers,” says Bob Mucciarone, COO of F.W. Webb Co. “By unifying operations and adding a self-serve concept, this new location advances our mission to give our customers what they need, when and where they need it.”

- In-person support, technical guidance and product expertise from F.W. Webb’s team
- Easy-to-browse product arrangement
- Product pick-up with the option to order in advance
- Free local delivery directly to job sites
“Contractors, technicians, facility managers and other trade professionals will discover our full-project, full-service solutions through the 16 disciplines we offer,” says Jon Stevens, general manager of F.W. Webb’s Rochester operations. “We also welcome our Water Works team that supports vital underground infrastructure projects throughout the Rochester community.”
F.W. Webb’s Water Works division provides solutions for professionals working with water utilities, wastewater management, electrical conduit projects, geothermal systems and other essential applications. The division supplies critical components such as pipe, valves, fittings, water meters and fire hydrants.
To accommodate growing demand and deliver superior customer service, Stevens plans to expand his team, with hiring anticipated for counter positions, warehouse associates and inside sales roles in the coming months, according to the company.
