The TA-4 safe disconnect provides cleaner propane couplings for boaters, campers, outdoor chefs and others, according to Line-Safety. Its kit consists of a two-piece “cap and plug” system that provides protection for both sides of a user’s connection. The cap slips over the tank’s outlet thread, and the sealing plug threads into the hose coupling.
