Lakes Gas reopens Minnesota location

Lakes Gas has reopened its Baudette, Minnesota, office, which had been closed for nearly a decade. This office is the 58th staffed Lakes Gas location.

“We are so excited to be back in Baudette,” says Jess Blake, regional manager for Northern Minnesota at Lakes Gas. “This community has always been special to us, and we are looking forward to reconnecting with our longstanding customers and building new relationships. We’re not just reopening an office; we’re reestablishing our commitment to this incredible town.”

The newly renovated office, located in the heart of Baudette, is now fully operational and ready to serve both residential and commercial customers. The reopening is part of a broader company initiative to reinvest in the small, rural communities that are vital to its heritage and operations.

“It’s amazing to be working for a company that values my hometown,” says Kerista Johnson, a customer service representative for Lakes Gas and a Baudette native. “I know so many of our customers personally, and it feels great to be a part of a team that genuinely cares about the people in this community. I’m excited to help provide the reliable service our neighbors deserve.”

The Lakes Gas Baudette office plans to host a grand reopening this upcoming spring.
