Lettermen’s Energy Holdings adds CMO to leadership team
Lettermen’s Energy Holdings added Jim Saladin to its leadership team as chief marketing officer (CMO).
In this role, Saladin will assume responsibility for accelerating the organic growth efforts of its brands across the country, as well as oversight of its IT and ESG efforts, the company says.
“I’m incredibly excited to be back in the energy space and to be joining one of the most experienced leadership groups in propane,” says Saladin. “It’s a compelling proposition to not only be among people who want to grow and grow quickly, but who have also done it before.”
Saladin has experience in the propane marketing space at Ferrellgas and led the internal marketing efforts at digital marketing agency DEG. He was most recently CMO at Sosland Companies.
“Jim has a wealth of experience in both the energy space and in digital marketing, and he’s comfortable at every level of the business on Day One,” says Steve Wambold, Lettermen’s co-founder and CEO. “As we seek to rapidly grow in a highly competitive market, having an experienced hand at the wheel to lead marketing will be key to our ongoing success.”
