AmeriGas purchases Rock Creek Energy LLC

AmeriGas Propane has acquired the assets of Rock Creek Energy LLC. The acquisition includes a pipeline system consisting of about 17 miles of polyethylene pipe distributing about 1.7 million gallons of propane annually in the Mammoth Lakes, Calif., area. This is AmeriGas’ sixth acquisition in the last 12 months.
