November 6, 2020 By

LT Corp. of Cleveland, Mississippi – the parent company of Quality Steel and LP Cylinder Service – acquired substantially all of Buckeye Fabricating’s assets.

Founded in 1963, Buckeye Fabricating operates a facility in Springboro, Ohio, where it manufactures custom-designed welded steel ASME pressure vessels and non-code tanks.

Buckeye Fabricating serves a variety of end users in multiple industries and has established itself as a prominent producer of custom fabricated pressure vessels and process tanks, LT Corp. says.

“It’s exciting to see the possibilities of growth with the synergies of adding together each organization’s expertise and core competencies,” says Richard Macaulay, owner and CEO of Buckeye Fabricating. “These combined resources will make a strong business corporation with depth and capacity to be a dominant leader in the pressure vessels industry. I am proud that the legacy of Buckeye Fabricating will continue to move forward with significance and longevity.”

Jim Tims, chairman of the board of LT Corp., adds: “We are so delighted to welcome the newest member to the LT Corp. family of businesses, Buckeye Fabricating Co. The prospect of developing this new familial relationship and adding to the product diversity of our companies has us very excited. We look forward to developing long-standing relations with the customer base and associates of Buckeye Fabricating.”
